For purchases made online, customers have 10 days upon receiving item to return or exchange. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide any shipping and handling fees when returning an item by mail. If the customer wishes to return or exchange their item at the store then it is the responsibility of the customer to provide proof of purchase in order to proceed with a refund or exchange.
